On Saturday 14th May in the post-industrial neighbourhood of Poblenou, participants from the International Workshop showed artwork in a non-conventional setting, as part of an expanded exhibition. Outfield was presented as a route across three independent spaces in Poblenou.

A collaborative project between Passatge Studio, Fireplace Project, art historian Rose Marie Barrientos and artist Ciprian Homorodean, featuring work from five of the students currently on the International Workshop program.

Stepping away from the usual static white cube style of exhibition, a guided tour took place where the artist and the public experienced a small collective promenade forcing body and mind to move together along with each artists work.

Outfield was part of the International Workshop Off-Campus activities program. During the year Mètafora organises talks, exhibitions and debates with the purpose of opening up the school and the students to the city.
